Ronnie has been a leading mortgage loan officer in Cecil County and surrounding areas since 1984.  His expertise in FHA, VA, USDA, Maryland Mortgage Program, an assortment for a number of grant programs as well as general knowledge of the area is the key to providing the most value to a prospective mortgage borrower.  Unique programs that he offers borrowers at APG FCU also include 100% financing with no income limits or mortgage insurance, grants, home equity loans and home equity lines of credit at fantastic rates. Away from work, he can be found working with various non profits in the area, spending time with his wife, 6 grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.  He can also be found on their sailboat during the warmer months or at various equine events.
